Cohort
5 Weeks
Can you prove your AI agent is right?
5 weeks.
1 AI agent.
From assumptions to evidence.
In five interactive 90-minute online sessions, you work with one existing AI agent or one in development from your own practice.
You examine the risks, test the controls and gather evidence. Step by step, you build a compact agent dossier.
The Programme
Week 1: Understand your agent
What does the agent do, where does it intervene and what is it allowed to do?
Week 2: Check the foundations
Are the data and knowledge sources reliable? What risks exist?
Week 3: Define the controls
Which standards, controls and responsibilities are needed?
Week 4: Test operating effectiveness
What evidence is available? Do the controls and human review work?
Week 5: Substantiate your opinion
What is demonstrably right, what is missing and what next steps do you recommend?
Who is it for?
For individuals
CFOs, finance professionals, controllers, risk & control professionals and auditors who want to demonstrate that AI agents are operating responsibly.
Your Result
A compact agent dossier covering the key risks, standards, controls and available evidence. You’ll be able to substantiate whether, and under what conditions, you can rely on your agent.

Spend five weeks working towards demonstrable control of your AI agent.
For teams: in-company
Prove it for your organisation’s AI agents
Want your whole team to work this way? We run the programme in-company, for a closed group from your organisation. You work on your own agents, at a time that suits you, with the same five-step approach.
Your Result
An agent dossier for each agent you examine, and a team that shares the same language and approach for the next one.
Suited to finance teams, internal audit functions and audit firms that use or audit AI agents, or will soon.
Price on request. It depends on group size and the number of agents.
What’s different in-company
Your agents, your processes. Each participant or sub-team works on an AI agent from your own organisation.
A closed group. Up to 12 participants, so you can discuss real data, controls and findings openly.
Your schedule. We agree dates and times with you.
An intake first. We start with a conversation to choose the agents and set the focus: data quality, controls, testing or human review.
A management advice to close. We end with a session where the team presents what is demonstrably right, what is missing and what the next steps are.
Get acquainted first?
We’d be happy to discuss which AI agent you’d like to examine and whether the cohort fits your situation.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. You work from your own expertise: business processes, internal control or audit. We look at what the agent does, which data it uses, which controls are needed and what evidence is available. Knowing the process the agent works in does help.
That can happen. Every session is recorded, so you can watch back what was discussed. Each week you build on your agent dossier, so you can catch up on a missed week using the recording and that week’s worksheets. Let us know in advance and we’ll make sure you receive the materials and discuss your questions in the next session. To get the most out of the cohort, we recommend joining as many sessions live as you can.
Choose one agent from your own practice, existing or in development. An agent in development is actually a good choice: you can build the controls in from the start. Not sure? Pick a process with high volume and direct financial impact, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable or the month-end close. As an auditor, you can also choose an agent you are assessing. Don’t have an agent of your own when you start? Then you can work with a case we provide.
No. You build your agent dossier for your own organisation and decide for yourself what you discuss in the group. In the sessions, you work with descriptions, examples and anonymised situations. The dossier itself remains yours.
Yes. You can sign up for the open cohort together with one or more colleagues. Want to work on your own organisation’s agents with a larger team? We run the cohort in-company, for a closed group at times that suit you. Book a short call to discuss the options.
